USPS Homeowners Association Inc. (USPSHAI)

United San Pedro Subdivision (USPS) is located at Brgy. San Antonio, San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines.  It is the first and oldest subdivision in San Pedro, Laguna. 

USPS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. (USPSHAI) was incorporated on September 1, 1967 with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Certificate of Registration No. 33234. It is registered with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), Region IV-A with Certificate of Registration No. 13821 dated December 14, 2007.  On March 29, 2009, it was recognized by Rotary International as a Rotary Community Corps (RCC).

The subdivision was developed by United Housing Corporation, the first developer which put up first class subdivision in the Municipality of San Pedro, Laguna.  United Housing Corp., former owner of USPS, had been instrumental in the establishment of industrial firms in San Pedro, Laguna like Kimberly Clark Philippines.  On November 21, 2003, the Municipal Council of San Pedro, Laguna thru Resolution No. 183-'73 had authorized then Mayor Felicisimo Vierneza to accept the donation of all road lots of USPS, for and in behalf of the Municipality of San Pedro.
